Iced DIRTEA Cacao: The Drink That Powered Our First Reset Club

Iced DIRTEA Cacao: The Drink That Powered Our First Reset Club

Every ritual starts with a feeling — calm, grounded, open. That’s exactly what we wanted to create at the very first DIRTEA Reset Club.

So we served this: Iced DIRTEA Cacao — a cooling, nourishing drink designed to steady your nervous system, hydrate after heat, and prime you for deep breathwork, cold plunges, and connection.

This wasn’t just a drink. It was the opening to the night. The shared ritual that brought 90+ people into the same energetic space.

Now, you can recreate it at home.

Your Shopping List

  • 1 scoop (6g) DIRTEA Cacao Super Blend
  • 100ml hot water (around 80°C)
  • 150ml oat milk (or any milk you love)
  • 1 tsp agave syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional but recommended)

What’s in DIRTEA Cacao Super Blend:

  • Organic Cacao Powder
  • Organic Lion’s Mane Extract (21%)
  • Organic Tremella Extract (21%)
  • Organic Reishi Extract (21%)
  • Organic Coconut Sugar
  • Organic Coconut Milk Powder
  • Organic B Vitamin Complex

The Simple Method

Step 1: Make your cacao concentrate

Whisk 1 scoop of DIRTEA Cacao Super Blend with 100ml of hot (not boiling) water until smooth and frothy. This ensures no clumping and maximum flavour.

Step 2: Chill it down

Let the concentrate cool for a few minutes, then add oat milk and your sweetener of choice. Stir gently to combine.

Step 3: Pour over ice

Fill a glass with ice cubes and slowly pour your cacao mix over the top. Add a pinch of sea salt for depth, if desired.

Step 4: Sip slow

Enjoy in a moment of calm, after movement, or whenever your day calls for a cool reset.

Why It Works

Cooling Cacao with a Purpose

Unlike traditional iced chocolate drinks, this one isn’t just about taste. DIRTEA Cacao delivers deep chocolate flavour and function. It’s rich, nourishing, and free from added nasties — made to support your body and mind.

Lion’s Mane for Clarity

With 1,250mg of Lion’s Mane extract per serving, this iced cacao helps support focus and mental clarity — ideal before journaling, conversation, or creative work.

Reishi for Calm

Reishi, known as the “mushroom of immortality,” supports relaxation and resilience. A perfect companion to cacao and a welcome aid in winding down post-sauna or breathwork.

Tremella for Skin Hydration

Tremella, also known as the “beauty mushroom,” supports skin hydration and elasticity — helping you glow from the inside out, even on hot days.

B Vitamin Complex

Each serving is fortified with organic B vitamins to support energy metabolism and reduce tiredness and fatigue — making this iced cacao not just a moment of calm, but also of subtle uplift.

Your Summer Reset Ritual

This is the recipe that opened the first DIRTEA Reset Club — a night of sweat, ice, music, and stillness. It was more than a drink. It was a shared pause, a collective breath, a moment of presence.

Now it’s yours.

Build it into your own ritual — post-yoga, after a walk, or mid-afternoon when you need to feel grounded and lifted at once.

FAQs

“Does it taste like chocolate milk?”

Not quite. It’s darker, less sweet, and more layered — like an adult version of iced hot chocolate with a hint of earthiness from the mushrooms and coconut.

“Can I drink it in the morning?”

Yes. It’s a great coffee alternative, especially if you’re caffeine-sensitive. Cacao provides theobromine — a gentler, longer-lasting natural stimulant.

“Can I heat it instead?”

Of course. This recipe works just as well warm. For the Reset Club, we served it iced for a cooling, post-sauna vibe — but it’s just as comforting hot.

“Is it vegan?”

Yes — DIRTEA Cacao is 100% vegan and works beautifully with all plant-based milks.

“Do I need a blender or frother?”

No — a whisk or spoon works fine, especially if your water is hot enough. That said, a frother will make it extra smooth and velvety.
